Agata Żemełko is a graduate of the University of Wrocław and Postgraduate International Tax and Tax Law Studies at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław.
Licensed tax advisor since 2014. Prior to joining SDZLEGAL SCHINDHELM, she gained experience in renowned law firms, conducting advisory projects both as part of ongoing tax advice and in connection with the implementation of complex restructuring transactions, tax audits and due diligence. Agata Żemełko’s experience also includes managing the accounting outsourcing services department in one of the largest companies in the financial sector in Poland.
Agata Żemełko is responsible for ongoing tax advice to Polish and foreign entities, including drafting tax opinions and conducting tax reviews in the area of CIT, PIT and VAT. In this respect, she represents taxpayers before tax authorities and administrative courts. In each case of providing advisory services, he strives to fully understand the client's needs and to select and implement the most effective solutions.
