Background
Angelika Krzyżanowska has been working with SDZLEGAL Schindhelm since August 2021.
She holds a degree in Law and in German Philology from the University of Wrocław.
Since January 2024, she has been doing her legal training at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Wrocław.
She has already gained experience in the legal industry during her studies at law firms in Wrocław specialising in particular in copyright law and economic law. From August 2021 to June 2023, she gained legal experience at the law firm SDZLEGAL Schindhelm as an intern in the labour law department.
Since July 2023, she worked as a lawyer in the Labor Law team, and from January 2024, she continues her work as a trainee attorney-at-law.
She also took a course in legal English and German organised by the Centre for the Teaching of Law in Foreign Languages at the University of Wrocław.

She helps advise domestic and foreign clients on labour law and legalization of residence and work of foreigners. She helps to provide legal assistance to clients in day-to-day operations by preparing necessary labour law documents, including employment contracts and internal acts such as regulations and procedures..
In addition, in the field of legalization of stay and work of foreigners, it helps to provide support including obtaining temporary and permanent residence permits and work permits.

- Providing legal advice in the day-to-day operations of companies in the field of labour law and the legalisation of residence and work of foreigners.
- Preparation of the necessary documentation for the establishment, continuation and termination of the employment relationship.
- Preparation of intra-company acts, e.g. work regulations, remuneration regulations, remote work regulations, procedures for counteracting undesirable undesirable behaviours in the workplace.
- Preparation of legal opinions in the field of labour law.
- Preparation of letters, applications in the field of legalisation of residence and work of foreigners.
