Dear Sir/Madame,

on 25th May 2018, the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation became applicable. According to the changing regulations and due to the fact, that in the scope of cooperation with Kancelaria Prawna Schampera, Dubis, Zając i Wspólnicy sp. j. (SDZLEGAL Schindhelm) we processes your personal data, we would like to inform you that:

  1. The administrator of your personal data in the scope of contact data of persons cooperating in the performance of the contract (name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number, data of the employing entity) is Kancelaria Prawna Schampera, Dubis, Zając i Wspólnicy spółka jawna with its registered office in Wrocław (ul. Kazimierza Wielkiego 3, 50-077 Wrocław), entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register by the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna in Wrocław, VI Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000888560, NIP: 8951780757, REGON: 932832704 (hereinafter referred to as "the Law Firm").

  2. We collected your data
    - directly from you,
    - from a contracted entity.

  3. Your personal data will be processed for the performance of a contract (Article 6 (1)(b) of the General Regulation on Personal Data Protection, hereinafter “GDPR”) when you are a party to the contract, or for the legitimate interests of the controller (Article 6(1)(f)) if the processing of your personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are not a party, as well as for the Law Firm's legal obligations, e.g. to issue and send an invoice for services rendered (Article 6(1)(c) RODO). The data will also be able to be processed for the purpose of asserting or defending claims, as well as for the purposes of direct marketing as legitimate interests of the data controller (Article 6(1)(f) RODO).

  4. The provision of your data is a condition for the conclusion or performance of the contract. Failure to provide this data will prevent us from contacting you to fulfil the contract.

  5. Your personal data may be passed on to entities cooperating with the Law Firm, in particular law firms within the Schindhelm network, IT service providers and archiving services.

  6. Your personal data may also be transferred to third countries, i.e. outside the European Economic Area (EEA). In this case, we take care to ensure the confidentiality of the data transferred and that only the data necessary for the performance of the contractual tasks are transferred and based on appropriate safeguards in accordance with data protection regulations.

  7. Your personal data will be processed for the period necessary for the performance of the contract in accordance with the applicable regulations and for the obligatory period of retention of contract-related documentation determined in accordance with the applicable legal provisions or, alternatively, for the period necessary for the implementation of the Law Firm's legitimate interests, i.e. the statute of limitations for claims or for the period until the legal conclusion of the proceedings.

  8. To the extent provided by law, you have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, as well as the right to object to processing and the right to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data).
