Waste management

Waste management is one of the most thriving departments of our Law Firm, due to the obligation that Poland shall minimize the amount of the produced waste and, consequently, develop the devices that serve the purpose of waste management using thermal, biological and mechanical processes. Our Law Firm makes every endeavor to support clients in implementing the idea of a “recycling society”, as it is propagated by the European Union.

In the field of waste management we:

help in obtaining necessary permits, issued e.g. under the Waste Law, Act on Maintaining Cleanness and Order in Communes, Water Law, and represent clients in court and administrative proceedings
advise on investments in waste treatment installations
provide assistance on the public procurement matters, including “green tenders”, especially for the management of communal waste, summer and winter road cleaning, and reclamation of waste grounds,
prepare and negotiate contracts for waste management, including those with recovery organizations.
