Magdalena Przydróżna-Urbanowicz has worked at SDZLEGAL SCHINDHELM since January 2008. She is a member of the department for civil, real estate, and construction law and FIDIC and also works in the areas of contract law and standard terms and conditions.
Between 2001 and 2006, she studied law at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wrocław.
She completed her pupillage at the Wrocław Bar Association between 2006 and 2010.
Magdalena Przydróżna-Urbanowicz has been registered as an attorney-at-law Wrocław Bar Association since 2010.
Magdalena Przydróżna-Urbanowicz is registered as an attorney-at-law since 2010. She advises domestic and foreign companies on real estate law, contract law and standard terms and conditions as well as on litigation and dispute resolution. Other focus areas are construction law, labor law, and administrative law.
In the field of contract law, she also advises, among others, in the negotiation of design and construction contracts, standard terms and conditions, as well as contracts that are used in commercial transactions and are necessary for everyday commercial activity and carrying out of the investments. In addition, she also assists in the enforcement of contractual claims.
In construction law, Magdalena Przydróżna-Urbanowicz provides advice in connection with construction procedures and in administrative procedures in all phases of construction.
She also supports clients in the area of real estate transactions, including the acquisition of real estate. She provides advice with regard to the issuing of the approvals, notifications, and permits that are necessary to carry out the investment.
