Background

Mateusz Jakubiszyn has been working with the SDZLEGAL Schindhelm since September 2021. At the law firm, he is a member of the Public Procurement and Waste Management Law Team.

Between 2017 and 2022, he studied law at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wrocław, where he also undertook second-cycle administration studies in 2022.

Since January 2024, he has been doing his legal training at the Wroclaw’s Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.

He has already gained experience in the legal industry during his studies, both during his internship at one of the law firms and at SDZLEGAL Schindhelm as a trainee from September 2021 to June 2022, as well as by participating in the 2nd edition of the Moot Court tournament: "Legal representation before the National Appeals Chamber", in the outcome of which, in 2021, he was co-laureate of the 1st place.

Expertise

Mateusz Jakubiszyn assists in advising Polish and foreign entities primarily in the area of waste management, as well as in environmental law and public procurement.

He provides ongoing support to entities operating in Poland and abroad, preparing draft opinions and legal information, drafting pleadings in the field of waste management and environmental law.
