Kinga Słomka is a lawyer at the department for contracts in commercial transactions and for real estate since November 2014. From 2009 to 2014 she was associated with a prestigious law firm from Cracow that specialized in civil law, administrative law, employment law, Polish and European competition law, and state aid. Kinga Słomka graduated in law at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wroclaw. She completed her pupillage at the Wrocław Bar Association and is registered as an attorney-at-law at this Bar. Kinga Słomka also delivers training courses in the scope of Polish and European law for businessmen.
In 2018 Kinga Słomka completed the postgraduate studies in state aid at the Warsaw School of Economics.

Kinga Słomka advises domestic and foreign companies on civil law, contract law, and administrative law with particular reference to public construction and engineering law. She has also experience in competition law, issues related to state aid, and is an author of many legal opinions on these subjects.
Kinga Słomka is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, where she completed the postgraduate studies in state aid.
