Background
Aleksandra Homołko has been working at SDZLEGAL Schindhelm since December 2024 as a trainee attorney-at-law in the Labour Law Team.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wrocław.
Since January 2025, she has been undergoing attorney-at-law training at the District Chamber of Attorneys-at-Law in Wrocław.
She has also completed a legal English course organized by the Legal Language Teaching Workshop at the University of Wrocław.
She gained her initial professional experience during her studies, working at Wrocław-based law firms specializing in civil, commercial, and labour law.
She provides labour law advisory to both domestic and international clients.
She supports clients in their day-to-day operations by preparing essential labour law documentation, including employment contracts and internal company policies such as work regulations and procedures.
She also assists in drafting pleadings in labour law proceedings.
