Marcin Śledzikowski has been a lawyer at SDZLEGL SCHINDHELM since July 2013.
From 2008 to 2013, he studied law at the University of Wroclaw. He obtained his master’s degree with honors in 2013.
In September of 2014 he passed the exam and was admitted to the Wrocław Bar Association as a trainee attorney-at-law.
From October 2014 r. a Ph.D. student at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics, University of Wroclaw, where he is preparing a doctoral thesis on commercial companies.

Marcin Śledzikowski advises domestic and foreign clients on corporate law, mergers & acquisitions bankruptcy, and restructuring law. At SDZLEGAL SCHINDHELM, he is a member of the corporate and M&A department.
As part of his work in the area of corporate law, Marcin Śledzikowski advises companies on cases related to the establishment, management, and financial reorganization and recapitalization of companies.
In the scope of contract law, Marcin Śledzikowski advises clients on the pre-contractual stage and helps resolve disputes arising out of the performance of such contracts.
Marcin Śledzikowski has published numerous publications and monographs from the area of corporate law and new technology law.
