Background
Aleksandra Łoś has been working with SDZLEGAL Schindhelm since September 2023 and is a member of the Corporate and M&A Department.
Aleksandra Łoś graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, during which she studied in France under the Erasmus+ programme and did her internship in Belgium. In 2016, she graduated from the French law school organised by the University of Gdansk in cooperation with Université Toulouse Capitole 1.
From 2019 to 2021, she served her legal training at the Gdansk’s Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law. She was entered on the list of legal advisors in September 2022.
Aleksandra Łoś gained her professional experience working in one of the largest law firms in the Tricity and providing legal services to entrepreneurs.
On a daily basis, she advises domestic and foreign clients in matters of broadly defined commercial law.
Within the scope of his practice, she deals, among others, with registration matters of entities entered in the register of entrepreneurs and corporate issues of commercial companies. She also supports clients at the pre-contractual and pre-court stage in connection with their business activities.
