Background
Magdalena Kacała joined the SDZLEGAL Schindhelm in September 2022.
She is a law graduate from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Rzeszów. After graduating from law school, she started her judicial training at the Court of Appeal in Rzeszów.
In 2017, she was entered on the list of attorneys-at-law at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Rzeszów.
Before joining SDZLEGAL Schindhelm, she gained experience working in public administration bodies, specialising in public procurement law, environmental law and construction law.
Magdalena Kacała advises Polish and foreign entities primarily in the area of public procurement, but also in environmental law, commercial contract law, construction law and administrative law.
So far, she has mainly worked with entities representing the public sector, and since starting the cooperation she has also supported the private sector.
In the area of public procurement law, she supports contractors and contracting authorities at all stages of public procurement proceedings, in particular she analyses the documentation of the proceedings, prepares legal information, opinions, pleadings and represents the parties before the National Appeal Chamber.
He supports clients at the stage of contract implementation, as well as in connection with court disputes arising therefrom.

- preparation of legal opinions on matters within the scope of public procurement law.
