Background
Krystian Stojecki is an attorney-at-law. He works in the Real Estate and Construction Law Department of SDZLEGAL Schindhelm. He joined the Firm's team in August 2024.
He is a graduate of law studies at the Faculty of Law, Canon Law and Administration of the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin, as well as the SWPS University where he graduated with a master degree in Psychology. He completed his attorney-at-law training and was registered as attorney-at-law by the Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law in Wrocław.
In 2012, he completed postgraduate studies in public procurement law conducted by the University of Wroclaw. In 2023 he completed the “Leading Lawyer” mentoring program for lawyers organized by EY Academy of Business. In 2024, he completed the “IT School for Lawyers” conducted by Leon Kozminski Academy in Warsaw. He is currently a participant in the Energy Academy conducted by the Warsaw School of Economics.
Before joining the SDZLEGAL team, Schindhelm gained experience working in the public administration sector specializing in real estate law.

He advises Polish and foreign entities in the area of civil law - mainly contract law, including primarily real estate law. He supports investments at every stage of their execution, from planning, through negotiating and concluding contracts, to executing binding contracts. He has experience in energy-related projects, including investment processes for wind farms.
Thanks to long-standing experience gained during his work at the National Center for Agricultural Support, he supports clients in dealing with public administration authorities at all stages of investment-related proceedings. He is an expert on the requirements for real estate transactions under the Act of April 11, 2003 on the shaping the agricultural system.

- Legal advice to clients with German and domestic capital related to the obligations to obtain approvals of the Director General of the National Center for Agricultural Support and the requirements under the Act of April 11, 2003 on the shaping of the agricultural system in the course of investment proceedings;
- advising a client with German capital from the automotive industry in a project to purchase real estate and build a new factory in the Lower Silesia province;
- advising a client with Chinese capital from the new technology industry in a project to purchase real estate and expand a factory in the Lower Silesia province;
- advising a client with Spanish capital from the automotive industry and its representation in administrative court proceedings in a project for administrative permits for the development of an adjacent property with the client's factory buildings;
- legal counseling in projects aimed at concluding and executing lease agreements: offices for shared service centers, IT companies, companies in the design industry, and offices and industrial facilities for manufacturing and logistics companies;
- drafting and providing opinions on contracts, especially contracts between entrepreneurs;
- legal counseling at the stage of preparation, implementation and completion of investment projects.
