Sebastian Hütter advises domestic and foreign companies of all sizes on complex matters, such as transactions (financing or M&A) or the structuring of corporate reorganizations and in succession situations.

In addition, Sebastian Hütter advises (young) entrepreneurs on the establishment of companies and the development of the legal structures of companies as well as founders and investors in private equity transactions.

Due to his master’s degree in finance and accounting, Sebastian is able to solve complex legal problems with a business-background.
