Background

Simon Fehlhofer joined SAXINGER in Vienna in May 2026.

He studied law at Johannes Kepler University Linz (Mag. iur., 2020). During his studies, he gained practical experience at commercial law firms in Vienna and Linz, including at SAXINGER as part of the “practice4jus” program.

After completing his degree, he undertook his judicial clerkship in the district of the Vienna Higher Regional Court. He then worked as an associate at a renowned commercial law firm in Vienna from 2021 to 2023.

From 2024 to 2026, he worked as Legal Counsel for a globally operating corporate group.
