Another success of Anna Specht-Schampera!

Business Today has published a list of the 'Top 10 Most Influential Public Procurement Lawyers in Poland 2023'. Among the laureates was Anna Specht-Schampera, particularly recognised for her work in public procurement disputes in the waste management sector.

Anna Specht-Schampera is a legal adviser with more than 20 years of professional experience. She has been a partner at SDZLEGAL Schindhelm since 2003 and heads the Public Procurement and Waste Management Law team.

She is a co-founder and member of the Public Procurement Law Association and a member of the National Association of Public Procurement Consultants. She is active as a legal expert for the Council of Regional Installations for the Processing of Municipal Waste (RIPOK), and cooperates with the National Forum of Directors of Urban Cleaning Plants and the Chamber of the Municipal Industry.

She teaches postgraduate courses in "Municipal Waste Management" at the Faculty of Process Engineering and Environmental Protection of the Technical University of Łódź and "Public Procurement Law" at the Faculty of Law of the University of Łódź.

Winner of numerous industry awards. Starting in 2016 for 8 consecutive years, she was honoured in the Chambers & Partners ranking as a specialist in public procurement law. In 2022 and 2023 she was individually recommended in the prestigious ranking of law firms The Legal 500 Europe, Middle East & Africa in the category of Public Procurement Law.

She is a regular contributor to the monthly magazine Przetargi Publiczne, the Poznań-based company Abrys Sp. z o.o., organiser of training conferences on waste management, publisher of the monthly Przegląd Komunalny and the EKORUM company, organiser of training conferences on waste management.
