International conference: The public procurement practice in Germany and Austria.

SDZLEGAL SCHINDHELM with the cooperation with the “Public Procurement” magazine (pol. "Przetargi Publiczne"), hereby invite you to the international conference “The Public procurement practice in Germany and Austria”.

During the conference, in a very practical way, experts from Polish, German and Austria, as well as representatives of Polish companies that successfully participate in international tenders, will present the possibilities of the public procurement market in Germany and Austria in respect of opportunities for Polish entrepreneurs.

The conference is addressed primarily to the workers and owners of the enterprises that intend to perform the public procurement in Germany and Austria, but also to the representatives of the enterprises that already have experience in the foreign public procurement market.

The conference program will include especially the following topics:

• German and Austrian market as an opportunity for the development of Polish small and medium-sized enterprises.
• Public procurement in Austria and Germany: presentation of the economic potential and opportunities for Polish companies.
• Forms covering supporting of the Polish entrepreneurs in the implementation of public procurement in Germany by the Department of Trade and Investment Promotion Polish Embassy in Berlin.
• Practice of the Austrian and German public procurement a.o. searching of the offer, preparing of the valid offer and awarding the contract. Indication of the fundamental differences procurement procedures in Austria and Germany in relation to the Polish regulations.
