Background
Petra Jaretzke has worked for Schindhelm Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH in Hanover since the end of 2012.
From 1992 to September 2012 she worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Hanover, as well as some months in Philadelphia/USA, from 1995 as a tax partner in the Tax & Legal department.
From 1984 to 1992, Petra Jaretzke worked as a tax officer in an international group in Salzgitter and Hanover.
From 1978 to 1984 she studied business administration at the Georg-August University in Göttingen with a degree in business administration and passed the tax consultant exam in 1989.
Petra Jaretzke advises private individuals, entrepreneurs, companies and non-profit organizations of various sizes and industries on all tax matters. She has extensive experience in advising on national and international corporate restructuring and on business and property succession. She advises on issues of national and international tax planning and tax enforcement, e.g. in the context of binding rulings from tax authorities, in mutual agreements with tax authorities and in tax audits.
