Background
Grażyna Ruchel has been working at the law firm SDZLEGAL Schindhelm since 2025.
She has completed her judicial training (training to become a judge) and successfully passed the judicial examination.
She has been a solicitor since 2006. She gained her professional experience, amongst other things, at major law firms and as an in-house lawyer at companies well-known on the Polish and international markets.
A solicitor with several years’ experience in providing comprehensive legal advice to commercial enterprises, including large trading companies with complex organisational structures. She specialises in employment law, as well as commercial law, competition law and consumer protection law, and provides legal advice to companies in the retail and e-commerce sectors.
Grażyna Ruchel has experience both as an external solicitor and as an in-house lawyer. In her role, she provides legal support to management boards and executives in ensuring that the company’s activities comply with applicable legislation, particularly in the areas of employment law, competition law and consumer protection.
She represents business owners both in court proceedings and before administrative authorities, including in proceedings before the National Labour Inspectorate (PIP) and the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK).
