Alexander Wöß studied law at Johannes Kepler University in Linz. He gained a degree with “summa cum laude”. Since 1998, he has been registered in the list of lawyers; he has been a partner of the law firm since 1999.
Dr. Wöß is a graduate of the university course in legal informatics at the University of Salzburg. His European law dissertation on the topic of money laundering was awarded the renowned “Walther Kastner Prize” of the Association of Austrian Banks and Bankers and the “Dr. Pfeifauf Cooperative Prize” of Volkskreditbank AG.

Alexander Wöß focuses on all areas of corporate and civil law. A special emphasis is on issues relating to all kinds of liability law (warranty, guarantee, damages, etc.).
