Radio in a company car and radio licence fee

Licence fee has to be paid for each radio device fitted in a company car.

Licence fee has to be paid as many times as there are company cars equipped with a radio in a company.

In order to rescue the TVP (Public Polish Television) the Ministry of Finance ordered Inland Revenues to pursue the ones who do not pay licence fee.

Treasury inspectors confirmed this during last inspections.

Company which does not pay licence fee is liable to a penalty of 30-fold amount of monthly radio licence fee for one radio device.
