Background

After studying law in Paris and obtaining a Diplôme d’Etudes Approfondies (DEA), Marc Manciet took his lawyer’s oath in January 1985.

After four years of internship, he opened his own law firm.

In 2016, he obtained the specialist diploma in real estate law and commercial leases.

Since then, his firm has been entirely focused on these specialties.

He joined Schindhelm Avocats et Rechtsanwälte as Of Counsel in January 2025.

He has completed a mediation training.

He is a member of the Think Tank of the FNAIM (National Federation of Real Estate Agents) as well as the JANUS association, which brings together real estate agents.
