Aleksandra Płudowska joined SDZLEGAL SCHINDHELM in January 2020. She graduated in law from the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław. After her law studies, she was a scholarship holder of the French government, with which she graduated from the prestigious French university Sciences Po Strasbourg. In Strasbourg she studied European Politics and Polish-French Cooperation. She completed these studies with an internship at the Polish Consulate General in Montreal.
After returning to Poland, she has started her pupillage at the Wrocław Bar Association. At the same time, she gained professional experience in a renowned law firm in Wrocław. Since 2017 Aleksandra Płudowska has been registered as attorney-at-law at the Wrocław Bar Association.
In 2018, she also completed postgraduate studies in the field of International Organization Procedures according to FIDIC.
Aleksandra Płudowska advises Polish and foreign companies primarily in the field of public procurement as well as in environmental law, contract law, construction law, and administrative law. She has collaborated with both public and private sector business.
In the area of public procurement law, she supports contractors and contracting authorities at all stages of the public procurement procedure. In particular, she analyses the documentation of the procedure, prepares legal information, opinions, pleadings and represents parties before the National Appeals Chamber. She also supports clients at the stage of contract performance as well as in connection with court disputes related to the contracts.
She is author of several publications on public procurement law.
