Background
Paweł Szalewicz is an attorney-at-law and restructuring adviser belonging to the corporate law and M&A team of the law firm SDZLEGAL SCHINDHELM. Within the scope of his practice, he supports domestic and foreign entrepreneurs in the field of contract law, corporate law, M&A transactions and especially bankruptcy and restructuring law.
He gained his previous professional experience in the Wrocław and Warsaw legal offices of attorneys-at-law, legal counsels, tax advisors and restructuring advisors providing legal services to Polish and foreign entrepreneurs and advising during civil and commercial court proceedings, transformation processes of commercial law companies as well as conducting bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings.
He is a graduate of full-time law studies at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław, from which he graduated with a very good result. He also completed the British Law Centre course at the University of Warsaw in cooperation with the University of Cambridge. He served his legal training at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw and is a member of the National Chamber of Restructuring Advisers. He is a student of postgraduate studies in bankruptcy law and restructuring law - restructuring and liquidation of a company at Łazarski University in Warsaw.

He provides legal services in the field of day-to-day operations of entrepreneurs, civil and commercial contracts, corporate contracts, M&A transactions, bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings.
