Aleksandra Wajnert has been working in SDZLEGAL SCHINDHELM since November 2016.
In the years 2009 - 2014, studied law at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and next she completed a postgraduate degree at the College of Europe in Natolin at the faculty of European Interdisciplinary Studies focusing on EU Competition Law. Under the LLP Erasmus she studied at the University La Sapienza in Rome. From January 2016 she is entered in the list of legal apprentice at the District Chamber of Advocates in Wroclaw.
Aleksandra Wajnert advises Polish and international companies on commercial law, including corporate and contract law, as well as on antitrust law, mergers & acquisitions, and compliance. At SDZLEGAL SCHINDHELM, she is a member of corporate and M&A department.
Regarding the corporate law, Aleksandra Wajnert offers clients comprehensive legal support in matters relating to the establishment, management and reorganisation of companies. She also advises on m&a of companies and advises clients on the pre-contractual level providing assistance in preparing drafts of commercial contracts and other documents in the field of corporate law.
As part of her job in the area of the competition law Aleksandra Wajnert provides legal advisory services in the area of regulations prohibiting anticompetitive agreements, abuse of dominant position and unfair competition acts. She focuses on advising companies in the course of proceedings conducted by the antimonopoly authorities. Aleksandra Wajnert has 2 years of work experience in the Department of Competition Protection in the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (“UOKiK”) working on counteracting anti-competition practices. Due to her experience Aleksandra Wajnert supports companies in drawing up the strategy to assure the company’s compliance with competition law, providing in this field antitrust trainings and monitoring of potential irregularities.
Aleksandra Wajnert is an author of a number of articles concerning competition law, Compliance and publications in the area of commercial law and participant of international conferences.
