Aleksandra Baranowska-Górecka is legal advisor at SDZLEGAL SCHINDHELM law firm since July 2016.
From 2007 to 2012 she studied law at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wrocław. Under the LPP Erasmus, she studied at the Radboud Universiteit in Nijmegen and under the MOST programme at Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw. In 2013 she completed a postgraduate degree at the Faculty of Law, Management and Economics at the University of Wrocław in commercial and trade law.
From 2013 to 2015 she was a trainee attorney-at-law at the Wrocław Bar Association. Since 2016 she is registered as a legal advisor with Wrocław Bar Association.
From 2012 to 2016 she cooperated with a law firm and provided services for the healthcare industry, commercial companies, cooperatives, foundations and associations which she advised in procedural, labor, civil, contracts and standard terms law as well as she represented clients in civil, employment and commercial proceedings.
Aleksandra Baranowska-Górecka advises domestic and foreign companies on labor law, as well as on matters connected with procedural law, the law of contracts and data protection law. She is a member of the labor law department at SDZLEGAL SCHINDHELM.
Within the area of labor law Aleksandra Baranowska-Górecka prepares drafts of employment contracts, contracts concluded with members of management boards and managers, non-competition contracts, other additional documents for the purpose of employment contracts and companies’ internal sources of law.
Aleksandra Baranowska-Górecka also advises on matters connected with the termination of employment contracts, including drafting notices on termination of employment and agreements of parties.
Aleksandra Baranowska-Górecka represents employers and employees before labor courts, advises also Polish and foreign companies within the field of civil law on issues connected with procedural law and litigations.
In the field of data protection Aleksandra Baranowska-Górecka drafts data security policies, instructions specifying the method of managing the computer system, confidentiality agreements, personal data processing agreements, authorizations, pieces of evidence and consents to the processing of personal data.
