Aleksandra Krawczyk-Giehsmann advises domestic and foreign companies on commercial law, including corporate and contract law, as well as on insolvency and restructuring, European Union law and civil procedure. At SDZLEGAL SCHINDHELM she advises mostly German speaking Clients.

Aleksandra Krawczyk-Giehsmann has worked for SDZLEGAL SCHINDHELM since 2013. Previously she worked for one of bigger law firms in Wrocław. She also gained her professional experience during internships in Germany and the Czech Republic. 

Aleksandra Krawczyk-Giehsmann graduated from the University of Wrocław (law and economics) and the Wrocław University of Economics (international economics relations). She finished schools of German Law (conducted in cooperation with the Humboldt-Universität in Berlin) and Austrian Law (conducted in cooperation with the University of Salzburg). Under the LLP Erasmus she studied at the Freie Universität in Berlin). She finished International School of American Law, conducted in cooperation with the Chicago-Kent College of Law. She graduated from the Wroclaw School of Banking (respectively in 2013 - postgraduate course in business and legal translations in German and in 2015 - controlling). Since October 2015 Aleksandra Krawczyk-Giehsmann has been taking part in the LL.M. corp. restruc. course (Legum Magister in Unternehmensrestrukturierung) at the Heidelberg University. She successfully took part in many moot court competitions. Aleksandra Krawczyk-Giehsmann publishes articles on corporate and insolvency law.

Since June 2015, Aleksandra Krawczyk-Giehsmann has been registered on the list of advocates and since January 2017 on the list of insolvency administrators.
